Conscious Connections has been specifically designed to support you to ~

The experiential online group programme offers a blend of group teaching, and coaching, as well as individual coaching sessions. The foundation of the teaching will be based around simple, yet powerful models, as well as from an energetic perspective. 

𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪…

These models will be taught to support 

✔️the surfacing of unconscious patterns
✔️the identifying of self-limiting beliefs 
✔️the unravelling of behaviours that no longer serve you 
✔️shining a light on how you get in your own way 
✔️cultivating a new healthier way of being in relationship with yourself and others 

My role is to support, challenge and empower you to make conscious shifts towards creating more deeply authentic relationships. A more deeply authentic relationship with yourself and with others ~ to cultivate a new way of being in the world!!

There are 8 sessions included in this 4 month group programme. These consist of ~ 

➡️1 x 60 minute 1:1 personalised ‘check-in’, individual needs & activation coaching call 
➡️6 x 1.5 hours group teaching & coaching sessions
➡️1 x 60 minute 1:1 ‘integration’ coaching session to support sustained momentum in your evolving conscious connections 

There are only 8 spaces available on the group programme to ensure you get the support you need. 

I will provide support, throughout the programme, via a private Facebook group which will be set up specifically for the programme. This will also provide you with  invaluable peer support from other participants.
